Music is integral to worship at St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church.
From the hymns of the congregation to the psalms and service music;
from the choral anthems to the organ voluntaries,
in each note of music we make, we seek to glorify God in his sanctuary.

A New Organ
At our Lenten Vestry and Staff retreat, the leadership of St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church identified three areas in which our parish excels: worship, pastoral care, and music. These encompass our mission of being the most caring church in our community.

In early February 2021, the Vestry took a bold step in this mission. The Vestry decided to replace our failing organ with a new Rodgers Infinity 361 series hybrid digital organ at a cost of $150,000. The seed money required to launch the campaign was realized from recent capital gains generated by our endowment fund. The organ is state-of-the-art and will be expanded in the future, and pipes will be added.
